These one, two and three bedroom beachfront units have unobstructed views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and covered terrace. The two and three bedroom units have views from the master bedroom. The design of the three-bedroom unit allows the owners to rent out the back two bedrooms without disturbing the privacy for the owner or the guests.

Spatial relationships and floor plan arrangement offer the owners the opportunity to create sophisticated tropical environments or to just enjoy the open, high ceilinged spaces and share the natural beauty close at hand with friends and family. Lighting was designed to feature paintings and art objects or perhaps a favored surfboard and found objects from the beach.

The exterior of the building is a contemporary interpretation referenced from the rich colonial architectural heritage in Nicaragua. The interior spaces will accept publishable collections of furniture and art classically arranged and displayed or they can be casually chic. The intention is to offer design to the buyer that will eclipse typical resort condominium character. Furniture packages designed specifically for these units will be available.
